Garage Floor Epoxy Coatings

A bare concrete garage floor is porous. It drinks up oil, brake fluid and dropped paint, it dusts constantly, and no amount of sweeping makes it look clean. A properly prepared epoxy coating seals it for good and turns the worst-looking surface in the house into the best one.

We grind the slab back mechanically before anything is applied, because preparation is what decides whether a floor lasts. Cracks and pitting are filled, the surface profile is opened up so the coating can key into the concrete, and only then do we start coating.

You choose the finish: a decorative flake system for a hard-wearing speckled look that hides dust, a metallic pour for something closer to polished stone, or a clean solid colour. All of them come back with a high gloss surface that is chemical and stain resistant and easy to clean and maintain.
